An estate developer in Prampram commissioned this open kitchen and a matching TV unit for a newly built house being prepared for sale — a clean, market-ready fit-out that photographs well and appeals to a buyer.
The kitchen is a compact open-plan U-shape in warm walnut-grain laminate, topped with grey marble-effect counters and a waterfall peninsula that doubles as a casual breakfast bar. Integrated oven, hob, and a recessed microwave keep the run uncluttered, with under-cabinet lighting along the splashback.
In the adjoining living area, a simple floating TV console in the same walnut tone — push-open drawers with a wall-mounted open shelf — keeps the media wall minimal and in step with the kitchen.
